"Recently, we moved from California to Washington state. We had been State Farm customers for many years, but we needed to change over all of our plans to a Washington agent. Tom‘s office was recommended to us, and Billie was our point of contact. Billie was awesome to work with, and was quick and knowledgeable about the entire process. She got in touch with us through email within an hours of our original request, and set about dealing with all of the details. Billie was very pleasant to work with, and managed to take care of all of the issues of canceling the California policies and setting us up here in Washington state. We were also buying a new house, and they were involved in our mortgage process. That also went smoothly. I would recommend this office to anyone for their insurance needs. They are very fast to respond to questions, and very thorough in their work"

"The staff at this State Farm office are always amazing and incredibly helpful whenever I have a question. Today, Billie called to help me with adding my new car, and she took the time to review my coverage since it seemed a little low for the new vehicle. She explained everything clearly and made sure I had the right protection. When my husband was in an accident, Tom personally called to check in on him, which meant so much to us. I’ve been with State Farm for years and have stayed with this same office the entire time—I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else!"
